Hearing Aid Origins

Innovations of hearing horns and miniature trumpet hearing aids had their origins early in the nineteenth century, and works by Claude-Nicolas Le Cat (1700-1768), Jean Marc Gaspard Itard (1775-1838), and John Harrison Curtis (1778-ca. 1860) gave inspiration to the movement.
